haeho, vid erum enn i 3400 mys haed. turftum ad taka annan hvildardag tar sem einn gaedinn var kominn med turran hosta. okkur lidur almennt vel en audvitad adeins mod vid areynslu. Vid reynum ad drekka og borda vel. Tad eru tonokkur klifurteymi i campinum og gaman ad rolta a milli og spjalla. A morgun selflytjum vid svo helminginn af dotinu upp i naesta camp.

Hi there, we are still at 3400 meters above sea level (11,550 feet). We had to take another rest day as one of the guides was suffering from really dry cough. We are in general doing good and feeling fine, but of course we are short of breath every time we are on the move. We try to eat and drink well. There are few climbing teams here in our camp and it is fun to walk around and get to know them. Tomorrow we will start carrying up half of our gear to the next camp.
